District Square This is where town meetings as well as each Reaping is held. It is mandatory for ALL citizens to attend, or else face severe punishment. |

Justice Building This building resides in the top-most part of the district. It is where the peacekeepers and any Capitol officials stay. A much more lavish building than all the rest, this is where most official 'business' of the district takes place! No one gets in here without peacekeeper approval. |

School All children, ages 8 to 17, are permitted to go to school until they've reached the age of 18. The classes are instructed by the best of the best teachers sent directly from the Capitol. You'll be sure to learn all about the morphed history of Panem and essential skills to do your job later on. |

Factory This is where the workers package and send off the fish brought in by the boats. It's a hard and tedious job considering the horrible smells wafting off those crates 24/7! You'll get used to the smell in about a month tops though! Promise! |

Beaches One of District 4's most notable sceneries is it's large beaches and wide ocean view! The residents are allowed entry in the water at designated times on off-hours and for the rest of the time the water is reserved for the fishing boats. |

The Harbors This is the main work area of work. The workers take their Capitol issued fish boats and have at it, using the nets and radar to track the fish, which is then brought back to the factory for packaging. Note to the wise; it smells REAL fishy down here! |
