Justice Building This building resides in the top-most part of the district. It is where the peacekeepers and any Capitol officials stay. A much more lavish building than all the rest, this is where most official 'business' of the district takes place! No one gets in here without peacekeeper approval. |

School All children, ages 8 to 17, are permitted to go to school until they've reached the age of 18. The classes are instructed by the best of the best teachers sent directly from the Capitol. Electrical Plant Half the town is an electrical death trap really. Workers have to be extra careful when repairing or improving the generators that keep Panem's lights on at nights- oh correction, the Capitol's lights on at night! |
