Justice Building This building resides in the top-most part of the district. It is where the peacekeepers and any Capitol officials stay. A much more lavish building than all the rest, this is where most official 'business' of the district takes place! No one gets in here without peacekeeper approval. |

School All children, ages 8 to 17, are permitted to go to school until they've reached the age of 18. The classes are instructed by the best of the best teachers sent directly from the Capitol. You'll be sure to learn all about the morphed history of Panem and essential skills to do your job later on. |

Peacekeeper Uniform Factory This is where they make the uniforms for the peacekeepers. They had to have a factory all to their own to get the job done! The security is very tight here to, those peacekeepers don't want anything to happen to their precious white garments! /coughpoisioninthecuffscough/ |

Factory This is where all the normal clothing is made. Both for the Capitol and the other districts. It's all sewed, dyed, buttoned and pressed here. Despite the cold temperatures of the district, it's blaring hot hot hot in this factory when those presses are rolling! |
