Justice Building This building resides in the top-most part of the district. It is where the peacekeepers and any Capitol officials stay. A much more lavish building than all the rest, this is where most official 'business' of the district takes place! No one gets in here without peacekeeper approval. |

School All children, ages 8 to 17, are permitted to go to school until they've reached the age of 18. The classes are instructed by the best of the best teachers sent directly from the Capitol. You'll be sure to learn all about the morphed history of Panem and essential skills to do your job later on. |

The Fields Lush fields of grain and wheat expand over most of this district. Grain pickers work from sunrise to sunset to get their share done, and sometimes, when the heat is just too great, people drop down dead from heatstroke. |
