Justice Building This building resides in the top-most part of the district. It is where the peacekeepers and any Capitol officials stay. A much more lavish building than all the rest, this is where most official 'business' of the district takes place! No one gets in here without peacekeeper approval. |

School All children, ages 8 to 17, are permitted to go to school until they've reached the age of 18. The classes are instructed by the best of the best teachers sent directly from the Capitol. You'll be sure to learn all about the morphed history of Panem and essential skills to do your job later on. |

Electronics The facinity is used by the workers to manage, repair and invent new types of technology for Panem. Their are some great minds at work in here indeed! Their are separate buildings for each category. There's even a separate building for invention testing! |

The Coastline Bordering the very edges of this district is the vast ocean. Their are fenced in areas where the residents can come and look out at the deep blue sea, all behind the safety of the invisible electrical force field! Ah nature, you magnificent force you! |
