	Ruined City Above ground you'll find an expanse of dirt and rubble. Their a craters scattered about and any buildings you may find are eighty-percent destroyed. It is not wise to lurk too long around the site, radiation still coats the land and could be a hazard to your health.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	Underground What the other districts don't know is that the residents of District 13 were not all annihilated during the bombing those many years ago, some survived by retreating to it's underground sanctuary. It is deep under the earth with ever-expanding apartment-like living quarters. They're always rationing food and high on security down here. They have a large cafateria, exercise room and an emergency War Room. The ammunition/weapon and high command rooms need finger and eye scanner identification. The lowest level is the prison cells, where any possible spies are kept for questions (and perhaps even torture means).	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.

District 13

What used to be a bustling district with nuclear facilities is now a devastated wasteland of crumbling buildings, wide crators and ashes from a deceased civilization. It's an unsettling place to be, but what many don't know is that underneath the ruins lies a surviving community. It's sterile rooms and concrete walls may feel like a prision, but to those who fear of punishment from the Capitol see this as the only choice of life left. Everything's rationed there, one of the important rules there is to eat only what you need and save everything.
