This building resides in the top-most part of the district. It is where the peacekeepers and any Capitol officials stay. A much more lavish building than all the rest, this is where most official 'business' of the district takes place! No one gets in here without peacekeeper approval.

All children, ages 8 to 17, are permitted to go to school until they've reached the age of 18, then they're off to the mines. The classes are instructed by the best of the best teachers sent directly from the Capitol. You'll be sure to learn all about the morphed history of Panem and essential skills to do your job later on.

The most poor citizens of 12 reside here. They are usually the ones who are starving to death. It's a hard life here indeed.

The primary place many residents of 12 go and work. It's a dangerous job in the mines and their have been cases of mine cave-ins in the past, do keep that in mind.

Beyond the electrified fence that keeps the residents of 12 in there lays an expanse of forestry. This is a fine place to hunt and some people have even been so bold as to sneak in and get a few game.
