City Square It's always bustling with life!...And jubilantly flashy people! If you're a stranger looking from the outside you'd probably find yourself with a baffled frown of 'what the hell' across your face! All around you'll find assorted shops, restaurants and apartment complexes. The shimmering colors and wacky-faced people will sure to be a tour-trap in itself. |

District 1 One of the wealthiest districts of Panem. They produce luxury items for the Capitol. Children from this district are trained from an early age for the Hunger Games, they see it as a great honor to be picked to participate in such a notorious game to the death. District 2 Known for their weapon industries, this district stayed loyal to the Capitol during the rebellion. It is one of the better places as far as living conditions. Children are raised with a warrior-mindset here and even though they are most favored by the Capitol, they are not exempt from the Reaping. Most of the Peacekeepers are from this district as well. District 3 Known for it's electronics, such as televisions, automobiles, explosives, etc. This was one of the first districts to rebel during the Dark Days, when they were richer than they are now in their abject poverty lives. However, what they lack in riches they make up in brains, most people here could tell you how to assemble every technological device in Panem. District 4 The people of this district are known for their fishing skills. They were one of the rebeling districts in the Dark Days but are now back to doing what they do best. Making fishhooks and tying nets, they are one of the more wealthy districts and are not a district to be underestimated. District 5 This district is responsible for generating power for the whole nation. Quite a job for such a small district. They are known for being one of the least populated along with having the least number of tesserae-claiming children. Sub-boards: District Square, Justice Building, School, Electrical Plant |

District 6 Known for it's transportation industry, this district is the most populated. It is quite an unstable place to live given all the morphing addicts and crime-rate. However the Capitol need them to produce their transportation vehicles, such as hover crafts, trains and other necessities for travel. District 7 Known for producing lumber for the Capitol, this district is the most forestry because of this. They tend to produce tributes who are good with axes. Once you smell the pine needles you'll know you've entered District 7. Sub-boards: District Square, Justice Building, School, Forest |

District 8 This district is known for the production of textiles and clothing for the Capitol. They have a separate factory just for the Peacekeepers uniforms. It's an ugly urban enviroment reeking with factory fumes, despite the hot press, it is very cold in this district. The people here are always on long-shifts due to their poor income level. District 9 Known for it's grain production, this district has the best bread, so they say. It's not the most popular district and it's tributes aren't even a running threat when it comes to the Games. The people here seem to be more 'lovers' than 'fighters'. District 10 This beefy district is known for it's livestock. Where else to get the lamb meat for the Capitol's popular stew? District 11 Known for it's agriculture, this district is one of the poorest in Panem, second to District 12. Almost everything they grow goes to the Capitol. It's also the most strict when it comes to rules and labor. Harsh punishments and hard field-working days are always raining upon them. District 12 Known for it's mining industry, this district is the poorest in all of Panem. The living conditions, food shortages, and starving families are fine examples of this. They are the most ridiculed district due to their lower than low poverty. The Seam is the worst area in this district. However most people can get by if they take a trip to The Hob, the central location for the black marketed game and such. District 13 What used to be a bustling district with nuclear facilities is now a devastated wasteland of crumbling buildings, wide crators and ashes from a deceased civilization. It's an unsettling place to be, but what many don't know is that underneath the ruins lies a surviving community. It's sterile rooms and concrete walls may feel like a prision, but to those who fear of punishment from the Capitol see this as the only choice of life left. Wastelands The area outside the districts and capitol walls are known as the wastelands. They are uninhabited forests, valleys, canyons and oceans. If you're a wanderer, you'd most likely be out here. Be careful though, wildlife and the occasional muttation might be lurking around every turn! |
